I've added a new little section to the site, The List. I'll be using it mainly as a reference to keep a running list of restaurants I want to try. I just jotted down some quick ones off the top of my head - I'm sure there are many I am forgetting, and I'll add them as I remember them.
Given your frequent visits to Vancouver, perhaps you could consider adding a Vancouver section too. Some of us, myself included, are prolly more than happy to give you suggestions of new restaurants to review (and post your excellent food pics).

I do plan to add more cities as the list grows. There are definitely some places I want to try in Vancouver... (Lumière!)

I highly recommend Typhoon. Affordable and very tasty. It's asian-fusion so has all sorts of eastern yummies. I recommend the pineapple chicken.
Also in Boston, you MUST visit the Top of the Hub. It's the bar/restaurant/lounge at the top of the Prudential building. Never had dinner there but the plate of cookies is to die for! Your wallet might take a hit though.
In San Francisco, PJ's Oyster House. Yummy creole/cajun cuisine near UCSF. Mmmmmm.
