Town Hall
Sorry about the lack of updates... Mike doesn't have a router so I couldn't hook my computer up. I just got to Hong Kong, and we got the connection working here. Here is Town Hall, which recently won awards in San Francisco Magazine.

tuna tartare with fried tomatoes and green onion tabasco vinaigrette

faith's warm smithfield ham and cheese toast with poached egg and jalapeno cream

sauteed dayboat scallops with smoked andouille sausage jambalaya, basmati rice and crab butter

slow-roasted duck with toasted wild rice, pecans, spiced dates and gingersnap gravy

warm peach johnnycake cobbler a la mode
Overall, pretty good. Everything was really nice except for the duck which was totally dissappointing. The tuna tartare and fried tomatoes were great. My dad really liked the jambalaya. More to come later...
