After we got back from Santa Rosa, I finally got a chance to hit up Mo's with Danny and Keith. The others all succumbed to Kam's $3 lunch. We, on the other hand, were ready to throw down the big bucks.

alpine burger - sauteed mushrooms and gruyere
I had the usual, an alpine burger. I maintain that even for $9 (with fries), Mo's is THE BEST hamburger I have had anywhere, and cannot be beat. Bartley's in Boston can't touch it. Zuni ain't got nothin'. Mo's is the best. Nice and medium rare like I ordered it, so juicy that it takes skill to eat it properly... I love Mo's.
please explain why this particular burger requires so much "skill" to eat "properly". aren't you turning people away from this restaurant by stating this? also, for an internet site that conducts food reviews your grammar is horrible, i.e. "ain't got nothin'".

I love the pics on your site. I have to try Mo's one day-it's just if I'm going to North Beach I like Mario's Bohemian Cigar Cafe for their meatball focaccia sandwich and a cup of cappucino.

BloodHound - it's because it's so juicy that a mess is inevitable. For a person complaining about grammar, you don't capitalize words at the beginning of your sentences very well. Your email address says you're from the UK - maybe "ain't got nothin'" isn't common slang there. As supreme lord of arthurhungry.com, I allow slang to be used on this site. :)

check out this place if u have time, I read about it on someone else's blog but they didn't try it yet either. Cheap sushi because of Grand Opening Special and even the regular prices look good.
