Food is so cheap in Vancouver... especially sushi. SO cheap. Went to this place called Ajisai for dinner last night with Geoff, his mom, and Tiff. Sooo cheap...

unagi-tamago, dynamite, and chopped scallop rolls

negitoro maki, negihama maki, and uni temaki

sashimi: shiromaguro, sake, toro, ika, tako, hokkigai

Everything was pretty good in general. Vancouver has good sushi. The uni roll was good, though not the same as what I had in Hokkaido. This place did something interesting with the Dynamite roll - they put corn flakes in it which made it crunchy. It was interesting. Also had a piece of kanpachi not pictured... always enjoy kanpachi.
