Finale
Finally hit Finale earlier this week. Here are the goods:
molten chocolate cake with coffee ice cream, chocolate covered almonds, and chocolate sauce
coffee connection - chocolate hazelnut mousse, fudge walnut cake, vanilla custard dome, white chocolate and lemon curd napoleon, amaretto gelato, and coffee sauce
caramel carnivale - caramel mousse, puff pastry, fresh fruit, rasberry puree, and chocolate caramel sauce
No 2 hour wait this time. The stuff is pretty good, but the price is a bit steep. Kinda wish my chocolate cake was bigger...
