Tried to go to Finale for dessert. When we got there, they told us it'd be a 2 hour wait. We searched for alternatives. We ended up deciding to go to the Chart House, because they had a good warm chocolate cake and it'd be faster to actually go there than wait. We had an appetizer while we waited for the cake, which takes 30 minutes of prep there.

The shrimp was surprisingly tasty. We wanted calamari, but we went so late that they were out of it. Shrimp was good though... we wanted something crunchy. The cake was good just like last time. I think the warm chocolate cake has become a staple dessert everywhere. Chart House does it well... Keith and Val say that Finale does it better. Val insists she would have waited 2 hours.

heyll yeah i would have waited 2 hours for finale!
but the chocolate molten lava cake was still yummy....
